职位描述

Position Description:
1. Define and document the detailed business solution designs for contact center solutions.
2. Engagement with Asia Pacific and China business teams to collect, refine and document business requirements in IVR and CTI contact center support.
3. Collaborate with development, system integration to test, debug, and troubleshoot issues found during unit and system integration testing.
4. Partner with global service business teams on creation and execution of User Acceptance Testing.
5. Provide system training to key user and operation team.

6. Provide post production support with operation team.
7. Drive Telecommunications cost optimization.

Position Requirements:
1. At least 3 years work experience with IVR & CTI technologies.
2. Require strong skills and knowledge around Contact Center software applications.
3. Profound business knowledge in contact center "best practices”.
4. Experience with Avaya or Genesys IVR/PBX solutions is preferred.
5. Experience with SAP CRM interaction center preferred.
6. Excellent communication and analytics skills. Good team player.
7. Fluent in English & Chinese, both spoken and written.
