Accountabilities:
To provide professional accounting service to global offices and
To process invoices for Accounts Payable per agreed standard
To perform cross checking between colleagues to ensure the data accuracy in our system
To send queries regarding the AP invoices to overseas colleagues or vendors and follow up all outstanding items
To process vendor reconciliation and bank reconciliation
To update AR collection and follow up outstanding amount
To capture accounting entries in SAP system
Requirements:
University graduate
At least 2 years' related financial accounting background is preferred
Fluent in both oral and written English
Good Knowledge in Microsoft applications
Hard-working, mature, opened-minded, with excellent inter-personal skills and a lot of common sense
Must be a team player
