Responsibilities
· General administrative support to Country Manager
- internal & external meeting arrangements
- documents preparation and filing
- travel arrangements
- keep Country Manager calendar updated
- checking emails for Country Manager and follow up when needed
- Follow up on outstanding issues
- Support approval process for direct report/Div./Companies etc.
· Organize regional/country level meetings/events
- yearly meeting plan for the region & country
- organize related regional level meetings
- organize Board meeting for CNABB
- organize China Executive Forum, twice a year
· Provide administrative support to Group VIPs visits to NAS, incl. Chairman, CEO, EC members, e.g. Beijing Mayor’s Advisory meeting, Chongqing Mayor’s advisory meeting and Shanghai Mayor’s meeting.
· Support to related regional/country level projects, coordinate with external working partner & internal ABB people at worldwide/region/country level
· Team working with other assistants at worldwide/region/country level

Education/Qualification Requirements




· Bachelor degree in English, Administration or other related majors
· At least 5 years' experience as administrative secretary or assistant in multi-national companies
· Good English language and communication skills (speaking, listening, writing, and reading)
· Self-motivated, well-organized, good time management, pays attention to details.
· Aptitude in standard computer software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
· Problem solving skills and can work on own initiative.
· Efficient, follows up on tasks and tracks results
· Good at multi tasking and working under pressure
· Can do attitude, hard working and committed to getting the task done 100% correct on time
