 Monthly ABACUS reports. Make sure of the accurate and on-time input. Coordinate with steco BUs on the consolidation.
 Support the internal financial analysis such as Key data / CC analysis/ Aging analysis/ Provision analysis etc.
 Support the steco BUs on financial reviews
 Support the forecast and budget package preparation
 Support EU SAP optimization for high efficiency reporting structure/tools generation.
 Assist project controller/LBU controller to ensure the daily jobs are in compliance of Company procedures/principles
 Support project controller to ensure only valid contracts are entered into SAP system in accordance with SOX Process D / company policy
 Support project controller to ensure any change orders are properly handled and entered into SAP system in accordance with SOX Process D / company policy
 Ensure the project / wbs information in SAP system is correct and in accordance with the contract terms and conditions
 Ensure project pre-calculation sheet and job costing sheet are properly approved in accordance with company TOA
 Support project controller to timely monitor the project cash flow and advise whenever there are negative cashflows. Support on the project forecasting and budgeting
 Support Operation on COPQ and OPEX analysis.
 Support Sales on Order analysis/Sales activity analysis.
 Support on project cost control and analysis, inform Manager immediately of any project cost overrun
 Ensure project billing and revenues recognition is in line with USGAAP and A&RG
 Ensure timely completion and revision of project foreign currency hedging in accordance with SOX Process D / company policy
 Support on SOX doc preparation and SOX/IA.
