Main Responsibilities:
• Annual planning of the Business Development activities and preparation of a business development strategies for the LBU in alignment with the business development targets
• Use all relevant sources, which are acceptable under compliance considerations, to collect, structure, and analyze technical / commercial market information for the development of the metals business
• Collect, structure, and analyze actual and future customer and market data, and monitor its trend
• Evaluate product / solution/ pricing / sales strategy and propose adjustments, if required
• Evaluate key indicators and market trends from macroeconomic market analysis and translate into local business opportunities. Develop the related proposals
• Define market position and analyze strength / weakness / opportunities / threats profile to propose and implement market share improvements initiatives
• Perform market analyses, evaluations and studies to derive recommendations / actions to grow the business
• Interface to the BU and Division for BD issues
• Identify opportunities and present business cases to LBU management team
• Execute business development projects
Requirement:
• Have strong financial analysis and business case modeling skills are important
• Knowledge about business development, market intelligence, and market analysis methods
• Familiar with the Metals business, Sales experience will be preferred
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to take multi-task effectively, Self-motivation personality, work under the pressure
• Bachelor degree or above, majoring on Automation
• Good spoken and written English
• Familiar with MS Office
