Position Description:
As a Sr. operation specialist, you will have the opportunity and be expected to complete assigned projects, working closely together with other Lenovo teams especially operation teams in BU, sales and function teams.
KPI define and tracking
•KPI cycle coordination and KPI target define.
•KPI result tracking.
•Establish KPI related tools, information and process.
•LBG report system maintain and update
Business deep dive
•Identify issues: quickly identifies new issues in all areas of study, and develops original insights into them
•Structure problems: independently disaggregates portions of the project, finds or develops creative approaches to relevant issues, and develops an appropriate issue / work plan
•Perform analysis: Initiates new, often creative, analytic approaches; does complete complex analyses independently; fully controls quality develop insights/conclusions
•Synthesize and make recommendations: Synthesizes findings and develops actionable recommendations; identifies implications of analyses and implementation challenges
•Design and prepare presentations: structure and prepare well-written, logical presentations
•Communicate: Delivers prepared presentations with confidence in both small groups and larger workshops (both internal and external audience); focuses on implications/conclusions rather than analyses; when questioned, can discuss issues as well as provide facts
•Follow up: ensure successful implementation within the organization.
Position Requirements:
The ideal profile we seek to recruit for is as follows:
•Operation experience in PC or Mobile industry, or FMCG industry.
•Exceptional business analysis and quantitative skills. Based on prior professional experience, the candidate should have developed sound business/commercial judgment and critical thinking.
•Quick actions to deliver result.
•Strong analytical framework to process complicated issues and solve problems
•Bias for action, drive for results while demonstrating positive attitude and enthusiasm.
•Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
•A minimum of 5 years professional experience.
•Master degree in business administration or engineering from a top-tier university is preferred.
•Proficient in spoken and written English.
