Position Description:
Job Summary:
AP service parts/logistics senior manager, reporting to AP parts lead, positions as AP scope regions/countries overall parts operation and logistics performance leading manager.
An employee of a position at this level is a proven professional, proficient in various fields of the service parts and logistics management. Has the ability to independently design and press forward company level proposals and/or provide professional consultation within the department.
The managerial responsibilities include, but are not limited to designing/improving entire systematic operations, developing new execution processes, providing professional training and guidance for others, leading teams dealing with large strategic projects according to the company’s service policies/requirements, managing transitional service parts & logistics areas/business unit projects.
Key R & R
1.Buildup BMS/cadence to monitor D2D operation performance
2.Cross function/tower alignment with WW and region team to achieve performance target/objective
3.Detect operational defects/risk and drive the issue solved
4.Leads and drives the design/improvement of service parts/logistics operating systems, processes, policies and procedures to satisfy customer needs and cost-efficiency.
5.Develops quantitative and qualitative statistical business analysis methods. Provides constructive and feasible recommendations to refine the company’s service methods and overall efficiency.
6.Provide professional training and guidance to subordinates, supervisors and other employees within the area of Service Parts/logistics management
Position Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree or above
2.5 years' Work experience or above (experience as follows perfect)
-More than 8 years' experience working in a multinational company, experienced in PC industry.
-More than five years' experience in parts/logistics area in IT service.
-More than 3 years' managing experience
-AP or multiple region/country support background perfect
-Knowledge of computer & relative products
3.-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Proficient in English oral and written skills
-Degree holder in business related disciplines.
-Strong stress management and communication skill
-Strong teaming /proactive
4.Drive to achieve, Problem solving, Teaming and collaboration ability, pressure resistant
5.Parts management / logistics management experiences in IT industry
