Position Description:
Job Summary
1.AP service readiness senior manager, reporting to AP service operation lead, positions as AP service presence to coordinate and manage new products service model design, service readiness control/enablement and products lifecycle service improvement in AP scope regions/countries .
2.An employee of a position at this level is a proven professional, proficient in various fields of the service management.
3.Has the ability to independently design and press forward company level proposals and/or provide professional consultation within the department.
4.The managerial responsibilities include, but are not limited to：
1)Designing /improving entire systematic operations,
2)Developing new execution processes,
3)Providing professional training and guidance for others,
4)Leading teams dealing with large strategic projects according to the company’s service

policies/requirements,
5)Managing transitional service management areas/business unit projects.
5.Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1)Leads and drives the design/improve service model, processes, policies and procedures in new

products initiation to satisfy customer needs and cost-efficiency.
2)Drives new product service readiness control and enablement in AP GEO.
3)Coordinate WW/region virtual team in service readiness and products lifecycle quality/performance

management area
4)Designs, develops and refines service management and support processes based on the service strategy

and regional business characteristics.
5)Provide professional training and guidance to subordinates, supervisors and other employees within

the area of operation.
6)Initiate strategic project with internal/external resource to solve identified key issue in product

service readiness/enablement
Position Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or above
2.More than 10 years' experience working in a multinational PC industry company;
3.More than 5 years'management experience
4.Possess regional working experience, good understanding of AP region market and strong service business sense ,Knowledge of computer & relative products
5.Strong communication/negotiation/project management skill
6.Strong stress management and proactive
7.Proficient in English oral and written skills.
8.Degree holder in business related disciplines
9.ODM working experiences / procurement & contract management working experience prefer
10.Familiar with IT service end to end (E2E) process, strategic design, product deployment
