Position Description:
1.Regular communicate with WW service and sales team to get customer feedback and complaints 2.Owner of WW customer quality issues/complaints, lead engineering team to provide effective solution timely 3.Drive continues improvement and lessons learned triggered by high failure rate field issues and customer complaints 4.Provide product technical support to service team 5.Customer quality process setup and maintain
Position Requirements:
1. 5 years or above quality or design experience in mobile phone, tablet or PC industry. 2. Customer technical support experience is preferred 3. Strong problem solving capability and good communication skill 4. Fluent oral English,WW working experience is preferred 5. Ability to work under big pressure
