Position Description:
Ensure enterprise product end to end cost competitiveness
- product Lifecycle cost performance monitoring
- Company Strategy Project Owner
- Support leadership with Strategy cost analysis
- NPI cost budgeting management
- Identify and track issues from management system
- Benchmarking analysis in cost
- Communicate with PUR and RD to Ensure cost target achieved
- Involve into deep dive projects in cooperate level
- cost BMS Owner
Position Requirements:
1. Education:
a) BS degree in Computer Science, mathematics, accounting is preferred from a top China or Western University. MBA is a plus.
b) Masters degree in Management, Business, or a Technical Field from a top China or Western University is preferred
c) Oversea living and study background in the US, UK, Australia or other English speaking country is a must
2. Language Skills
a) Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin
b) Fluent in written and spoken English
3. Experience Requirements
a) 5 - 10 years business experience in progressive assignments
b) Minimum of 5 years working experience in IT field, electronic consumer goods is much preferred (Operation, PM, Manufacturing, Procurement)
c) Experience in strategy development (consulting firm experience a plus)
d) Experience with cost management, pricing strategy, finance controller or procurement for multi-national companies
e) Able to work in cross functional projects with good communicational skill
f) Able to work with people in different regions worldwide with different culture
g) Target oriented, able to work and think independently
h) Demonstrated ability to perform key job related activities
• Benchmarking and company performance gap analysis
• Senior executive reviews and communications
• Supporting and leadership roles in strategy implementation
