Position Description:
1 Development and implementation of management system to insure committed metrics and customer requirements achieved.
2 Interface with other e2e support organizations (BU development, marketing and ops) to insure consistent strategy and execution of offering releases.
3 identification and execution of projects to drive process improvements to target productivity, quality, and SLA enhancements.
4 People management including staffing, team organization and roles/responsibilities, team motivataion and talent development.
Position Requirements:
1 5+ years experience in product development, project management, or logistics, including management
2 BS degree in technical or logistics area.
3 Advanced communications including presentation skills, executive and team interface skills.
4 IOD (Integrated Offering Development) experience and knowledge a plus.
5 Project Management certification a plus
6 Budget and expense management required.
