Position Description:
1. Engagement with global ecommerce business team to collect, refine and document business requirements in web shop and catalog management.
2. Define IT solution design for SAP CRM Web Channel based on the business requirements. Engage various IT teams to create detail IT solution design including functional specification, system configuration, test scripts, deployment and post production support.
3. Collaborate with development, system integration to test, debug, and troubleshoot issues found during unit and system integration testing
4. Partner with global ecommerce business teams on creation and execution of User Acceptance Testing.
5. Provide system training to key user and operation team;
6. Provide post production support with operation team.
7. Drive ecommerce system performance optimization
Position Requirements:
1 At least 3 years work experience in IT with at least 1 years’ experience in web solution.
2 In-depth knowledge in software development and program language.
3 Profound business knowledge in ecommerce delivery process and High-tech industry experience preferred.
4 Bachelor degree or above in computer science, engineering, business or similar major
5 Excellent communication and analytics skills. Good team player.
6 Be familiar with Java program in project
