Main responsibilities
1. Set up Standard cost annually via SCORE (Standard Cost Reporting) process and make analysis on variance in Actual accordingly.
2. Assist group finance director for Outlook, Annual Discussion & Budgeting planning processes
3. Internal management reporting for Plant (Expense, Headcount, CapEx, MP key figures, Yield, BSC and P&L MP cost related).
4. Year-end reporting for Plant in our group.
5. Review and verify all Scala transactions to ensure the timelines and correctness of bookkeeping
6. Control and monitor Capital Expenditure in Plant, trace Capex from planning, ordering, and recognition, depreciation to expiry or disposal
7. Provide cost calculation for price application of local produced products
8. Coordinate with external auditors for annual auditing on Plant part
9. Work closely with the Fin/Acc. team for the daily financial accounting activities
10. Ensure that reports for local management and headquarters are defined properly and timely established, managed, sent/distributed and filed.

Main requirements
1. Bachelor degree in finance / accounting / controlling, etc.
2. Able to communicate in Fluent English;
3. 5+ years accounting, analysis, and controlling experience; experience from manufacturing company is must and experience from auditing firm is preferred;
4. Solid understanding and rich experience of accounting analysis, risk management and internal control/audit;
5. Familiar with national accounting, finance, and tax related regulations/standards/policy;
6. Proficient in office software esp. excel and ERP/SAP system;
7. Honesty, reliability and think critically, work independently;
8. Good coordination, organization and communication skills;
9. Can take quick action and do things fast.
