软通动力信息技术（集团）有限公司 ( 软通）成立于2001年，是国内领先的、全方位IT服务及行业解决方案提供商 ,迄今全球共有超过一万名员工。公司旗下的业务流程外包(Business Process Outsourcing)是公司全力发展的新商机。我们现招募新员工的投资银行部就是一个BPO项目。

2008年，软通开始与某国际知名投行合作，成为国内第一个为国际著名投行提供离岸业务流程外包的企业。该项目的员工在软通的交付中心为这家投行的全球证券衍生品交易部门提供交易运营中后台服务，业务包括交易支持、交易信息获取/录入、交易结算、交割，以及交易过程中的信息核对与对帐。在服务中，软通的员工不仅需要与投行内部许多部门直接沟通，有时还要联系该投行的客户和供销商，其所从事的流程直接关系到固定收益和股权衍生品交易部门的损益情况和声誉。软通该项目服务团队的规模已经在160人左右。

iSoftStone (NYSE: ISS) is a leading China-based IT, Consulting, and Business Process Outsourcing services provider, serving both Greater China and Global clients.

iSoftStone currently has BPO facilities in Shanghai which provide offshore “Change the Bank”(CTB) and Middle Office Operational support to a global investment bank. The 200+ member team supports client’s Equity and Fixed Income derivatives trading desks in APAC, NA and EMEA.

The iSoftStone team is looking to hire a manager to run the CTB team. This team is consisting of a group of highly motivated individuals with strong Project Management / Change Analyst skills. These Project Managers and Business Analysts are responsible for projects across the bank at various levels in the Investment Banking businesses (Core stakeholders are the Regional Middle office teams).

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for service delivery of the CTB team (about 10 people)
• Work with clients to identify opportunities in order to grow this team
• Provide functional support and direction to team members on clients’ support needs
• Focus on stabilizing processes and meeting clients expectations while optimizing costs

• Monitor team’s performance and assist team members, if required
• Responsible for sourcing and recruitment
• Assist with training and identifying training needs within the team
• Assist in project governance on risk, financials, resources, scope, communication, timeline, post-go-live monitoring
• Present information on projects, initiatives or other subjects to clients, peers and upper management

CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

• Strong knowledge of the Investment Banking Operations industry
• Strong interpersonal and influence management skills
• Ability to work and communicate with people across organizational units
• Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into action plans
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to problem solve with a win-win negotiation approach
• Ability to lead people on large, multi-functional efforts and work in a matrix reporting environment
• Excellent customer facing skills and ability to build relationship rapidly with clients
• Ability to work well under pressure and ability to multitask

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION

• Post graduate in Finance/Accounting/Economics (MBA preferred)
• 8+ years of post qualification experience in investment banking/brokerage/ custodian banking
• Previous Business Analyst or Project Manager experience required
• Previous experience in a BPO or transaction processing business preferred
• Good interpersonal skills with previous management experience
• Excellent English written and spoken communication
• Expert on MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Access and Visio)
