职位描述
- For our Healthcare Sector in Shanghai, we are looking for a Customs Specialist at the earliest opportunity.

What are my responsibilities?
- Responsible for efficient execution and coordination of inbound and outbound customs clearance activity.
- Position involves daily contact with local suppliers, customs broker, global forwarder、external 3PL’s, etc. for successful execution and completion to ensure operational excellence according to targets (KPI’s).
Main responsibilities：
1、Process and pre-qualify all inbound & outbound shipping documents needed for China Customs and CIQ import and export process and rules
2、Coordinate with customs broker for inbound & outbound customs clearance in a timely manner
3、Track & trace status of customs clearance and coordinate for abnormal customs related issue
4、Record, filling and manage all customs clearance documents
5、Assist to interact with customs or other authorities to interpret any internal customs issues
6、Manage and return VAT refund and FX collection form
7、Provide regular self-reconciliation reports to indicate the gaps；
8、Monitor and control to ensure operational excellence and execution performance of the import/export activities based on SOP
What do I need to qualify for this job?
1、Bachelor degree，major in logistics management、customs、freight forwarding or equivalent；
2、Minimum 6 years working experience from customs brokerage、3PL and/or freight forwarding, with at least 4 years work experience in China customs & CIQ affair operation；
3、Experience supervising / managing a customs staff in a corporation or with a customs broker, freight forwarder or international logistics provider
4、Familiar with BLP/FTZ/FTP customs processes
5、Plus if familiarizes with SAP system；
6、Plus if have customs broker license
7、Plus if experience from Telecom network equipment
8、Plus if familiar with basic warehouse operations
9、Plus if advanced MS Office and computer literacy (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
10、Good English skill both oral and written；
