职位描述

Job Purpose
Ensuring execution of projects identified as top priorities of the Sandoz China organization. Maximizing the value of the Sandoz China portfolio through business development activities. Work closely with the Head of PM&SM and/or regional BD lead on major projects. Work independently on normal projects. Compliance with applicable policies, procedures and other regulations.

Major Accountabilities (Describe the main results of the role to be achieved )
1. Support the Head of PM&SM and Portfolio Management team in developing the 5-year strategic plan for Sandoz China.
2. Support the annual portfolio prioritization process.
3. Support the assessment, structuring (License-in and License-out deals proposal + CAR form), and negotiation of business development deals; and help to manage alliances on an on-going process.
4. Support the Head of PM&SM in communicating within the Sandoz China organization and/or to senior management in regional and global.

Background
Education: University degree, preferably in scientific subjects or business (medicine, pharmacology, biology etc.)
Languages: Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) ; Advanced English (written and spoken)
Experience: Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (2 – 3 years in market-ing/sales, and 2 – 3 years in Business Development)
