Role Description
Be responsible for the sales team management of CNGTE, ensure sales quota achieved.
Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities
• Develop, propose and implement strategic plans for domestic sales, prepare domestic sales budget and ensure its accomplishment
• Lead, guide and motivate domestic sales team execute company strategy, policy and procedures, make great efforts to achieve all of business targets
• Study and follow up domestic market and market requirement, including market trend and competitors etc. prepare and propose product positioning and pricing in China and provide sales forecast
• Good cooperation with cross functions, make sure the team response to market fast and efficient
• Build up a strong and professional sales team, training and coach sales engineers
• Ensure all business transactions in a manner that upholds the high ethical standards of the company and comply with relevant Acts and legal demands as well as ABB policies and directives
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree, and five years of related sales leader experience (in the field of power electronic would be of advantage)
• Strong leadership skill
• Ambitious ,demonstrated initiative (self-starter)
• Demonstrated ability to discuss problems and negotiate mutual agreements with customers
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluently English, both written and spoken
• Familiar with PC, MS Office, Email (ideally with Lotus Notes), Internet. User knowledge of SAP would be a plus
