Mission:
- To implement company credit policy and achieve credit work in responsible area.

Job description:
- Report to Credit Control team leader and perform the daily works in credit department.
- Ensure all bank remittances & bank acceptance drafts are correct and effective.
- Update bank remittances & bank acceptance drafts in customer accounts, reconcile and clear customer accounts (AR sub-ledger) in an accurate and efficient way.
- Prepare monthly advance payment list and inform all related colleagues to reconcile in customer accounts.
- Prepare monthly receivable overdue list by area and contact the each Branch/Liaison Office’s colleagues to check the overdue list.
- Chase big overdue customer accounts regularly and monitor Accounts Receivable to ensure prompt payment from customers.
- Prepare reminding letters and implement overdue reminder procedures.
- Maintain the blocked customers list and control credit records.
- Recommend legal actions and write-off items after checking overdue receivables with Liason Offices.

Job Requirements:
- More than 2 years experience, preferably with experience in credit control or accounting.
- Full-time bachelor degree and above, major in Accounting, Finance.
- Good at MS Words, Excel, Power point, and experience with SAP

- Literate with the English language.
- Strong credit/financial analysis and collection skill.
