*Key Job Accountabilities 主要职责:

• Define and validate with the plant Mancom the targets in terms of Manufacturing Referential deployment in agreement with the Zone recommendations
• Roll out the different Performance improvement projects in the plant (cross-functional and between top management and shop-floor)
• Animate and motivate the different departments and working groups in the plant on the Performance Improvement initiatives
• Organize audit or meeting to follow improvement actions and ensure the proper application of the tools and methods
• Be the contact person for the Manufacturing Performance Department of the Zone

*Preferred Candidate Profile 对候选者要求:

• Bachelor's degree or above with major in Engineering
• At least 3+ years of working experience in manufacturing environment. Successful production or processing experience is a plus
• Be an expert in continuous improvement methods (ex : Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, SMED, Chrono-analysis, Optima, ...)
• Good coaching and training skill
• Good English skill both in written and spoken
