REQUIREMENTS:
- Program and operate a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM).
- To program of CMM in PC-DMIS is must .
- Ability to decipher exigent data and CAD models. Experience with CAD software.
-Interpretation of geometric dimensions and tolerance.
-Interpret and report dimensional results in AS9102 format.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS 9100 Quality Management Systems.
-Surface plate setups with height gages, angle blocks, and sin plates.
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge and ability to operate CMM
- Can write CMM Programs and generate Reports
- Experience in Toys and metal products industry
- Can communicate in simple English.
