Position: Shared Service Operation Manager - China

Position Profile
This position is part of the global shared service organization, to manage the shared service operation in China with additional responsibilities in process improvement and system implementation.
Responsibilities
Manage the shared service setup and operation in China, with full responsibility for budgeting, resource planning, operation management, projects and other initiatives.
Manage the continuous improvement efforts for the shares service operation in China through Lean Six Sigma approach, with connection to global shared service organization to share and build best practices.
Manage the system and application implementation in China; work with global shared service organization to established best-in-class infrastructure support.
Manage the relationship with multiple business divisions and functions in China, in charge of regular communication within and outside the shared service organization.
Establish and monitor KPI in line with global standard; ensure the service level agreement with business is met.
Develop and coach the required talents for China and regional shared service operation.
Support other initiatives in China including Lean Six Sigma, ERP implementation and other business process improvement initiatives.

Requirements
Bachelor or above degree, major in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration is a plus.
5 years + management experience in shared service operation for multi-national company.
Experience with ERP implementation, preferably SAP or Oracle; experience with Concur, Ariba, Customer Contact Platform or similar application is a plus.
Fluent Mandarin and English speaker, ability to communicate in other languages is a plus; include Japanese, Spanish, and German.
Outstanding communication skills with good understanding of shared service value.
Persistent, open-minded, process oriented and system-savvy
Background in Chemical or Service industry is a plus
