受一家知名美资公司委托，寻访commercial manager 一职

JOB OUTPUT:
1 Responsible for selling price including ICTP to the group and ending price direct to customer or through the group, promotion program, sales & market expenses and profit control for all products made and all market served by the company.
2 Work with finance controller to prepare strategy plan and monthly estimate.
3 Build a database system and provide weekly and monthly report of actual sales including volume, value, price and margin etc. on each product item/family to sales and management team for all market served by the company.
4 Provide pulse report for leadership team.
5 Provide advice and guidance to sales and management team on sales and profit improvement through analysis.
6 Works closely with the finance team on managing credit risk and receivables collection.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP

1 Reports directly to vice president.
2 Functionally reports to global CFO.
3 Work closely with finance team


MEASURES OF EFFECTIVENESS

1 Effective selling price, promotion program, SG&A and profit management and achieve budget/plan.
2 Fulfillment of business reporting responsibilities for both internal and external.

1 Effective Full Contribution Management
2 Collection of accounts receivables, bad debt management and cash disbursement
