Position Description:
• Design BMS framework on demands to business
• Maintain and update BU business calendar regularly
• Set up each BMS meeting including decide attendees, send calendar invitation, distribute meeting packages, take meeting minutes and logistic preparation
• Lead to develop the topic and agenda of each meeting and co-work with team to prepare meeting packages.
• Keep and document all meeting files
• Manage internal communication projects and events
• Take lead of Ad-hoc project
Position Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above, MBA is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experiences in the area of business operation or meeting management
• Business operation experience is preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with senior level management
• Excellent English skill for both speaking and writing/read, oversea experience is preferred
• Strong action orientation, yet always keep big picture in mind
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
