Responsibilities:

1. Play the role of an in-house consultant and focal point to line managers on all people related issues and activities, including manpower planning & budgeting, organization design or re-mapping, performance management, talent review, retention & succession planning, employee relationship, communication, Engagement Survey, etc.

2. Explore and enable open communication environment and channels to listen to associates, capture suggestions / ideas, and create ownership, commitment, engagement, to help departments to strive for higher levels of performance and contributions.

3. Maintain contacts with managers, supervisors and associates through routinely spending time with them, informal discussions, answering individual inquiries, and resolving personal and job related problems.

4. Work with OD Team to plan and implement training programs in the factory

5. As a key member of E&T pillar to take lead related activities, gives strong support to pillar mission and LEAN implementation

6. Establish and maintains factory employees technical training system and ensure all training records and training facilitation process are align with WQMS’s requirements

7. Help department head to design or search proper courses for different grade of employees, as well as supervise the activities related to various training and educational programs in YH factory

8. Annual training budgeting, and make sure cost effective

9. Perform other projects or assignments as requested by P&O department head.

Requirements:

- A bachelor degree holder from high-profile University;

- Minimum 8 years of experience in the Human Resources function, managerial related experience will be a plus;

- Good spoken and written communication skills in both Chinese and English;

- People-oriented, proactive, logical, systematic, a good counselor and a team player.

- Be able to work accurately, with good attention to details. In addition, the incumbent must be people-oriented, proactive, systematic and a good counselor, team player.
