Job responsibilities:

§ Supervises the activities of 3 ~6 QA Technicians

§ Communicates the standards to QA Technicians and inspectors; ensures they understand product defect and ESH standards as established by Corporate QA and local management.

§ Communicates test methodology and ingredient standards to the inspectors; ensures they understand the test methodology as established by Corporate QA and local management.

§ Summarizes monthly processing products testing and monitoring to generate a draft QA report and submits this report to Process Quality Manager for review.

§ Discusses ingredient and processing issues with Process Quality Manager and works with the Process Quality Manager in resolving problems.

§ Lead and organize in-process quality incident investigation and follow up the related CAPA.

§ As an in-process quality expert to provide the suggestion in resolving problems.

§ Manage the NC products quality status in SAP system.

§ Manage and maintain the QCP system.

§ Provides Quality skills training and QA procedures training to QA Technicians and inspector.

§ Communicates changes in process standards to manufacturing supervision.

§ Performs special projects as assigned by Process Quality Manager.

§ Work together with are production and engineering team to achieve the quality target and performance.

§ Organize and drive the in-process quality risk assessment and improvement to reduce the quality incident.

§ Lead and join the related quality improvement activities and achieve the improvement target.

Requirements:

§ Academy’s Degree; Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering preferred

§ 5+ years of QC development (at least 2 year of QC team management experience), preferably in FMCG industry

§ Good understand for GMP knowledge and process control knowledge.

§ Good communication, persuasion and presentation skills, both written and oral.

§ Well know SPC tools and on site application.

§ Works effectively in multifunctional teams, builds relationships.

§ Creative problem solving and multitasking skills, can work under high pressure.

§ Good at both written and spoken English
