- Knowledge of MCR and our industry
- Knowledge of client's business, competition, and latest industry news and trends
- A positive attitude to dealing with people. Demonstrates respect for people of all backgrounds.
- Ability & maturity to interact with all executive levels of the company
(B)
- Problem solver: reacts quickly and appropriately to problems, with ability to generate ideas and solutions. Follows up in a timely manner.
- Good communicator: strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation
- Customer Driven: Strong client management skills and ability to keep commitments
- Ability to use own initiative. Capable of working independently, and having responsibility as an individual
- Strong organisation and decision making skills
