Major Responsibilities:
1. Labeling order Management
？ Daily check importation reports, Based on them to purchase labeling.
？ Refer to demand plan to store appropriate safe stock.
？ Regular review & follow opening labeling orders, and push the vendor high quality PO delivery.
？ High level cooperate with LS team, Ensure master data is shared correctly with all related functions.
2. Labeling inventory management – receiving, picking
？ According to delivery notes and PO to check goods’ information and count quantity. Any discrepancy, need to communicate with related person and mark them.
？ Conform the PO in system LMS, choose right location for new labeling.
？ Assigned to labeling assistant to make working schedule daily, random check the quality.
？ Organizing Regular internal stocktaking.
？ Regular destroy HP expired labeling timely.


3. Labeling Onsite management
？ According to Custom release lead-time to require bonded warehouse transferring the goods to labeling location.
？ Keep well communicate with AS team, ensure onsite worker leader know prior labeling list and normal range.
？ Well know incoming goods’ plan and labeling capacities, depends on it, making performable working schedule with labeling team.
？ Cooperate with RA, IMPT, FIM, AS, Brand for QC inspection, taking photo or sampling if required.


4. KPI management
？ Monthly review KPI with vendor.
？ Week review daily operation with outsourcers, analysis special case and prevention.
？ Coordinating and mobilize all positive sourcing to meet labeling target punctually.
Qualifications:
Education: College Degree or above


Work Experience:
4+ years experience in Logistics/warehouse related experience is a plus.


Required Background Characteristics;
Excellent MS office skills
Knowledge on SAP system or WMS is preferred
Self-motivated and be able to work under pressure.
Be good at English reading and writing.
Pleasant communication skill and good team work spirit.
