职位描述
PRINCIPAL OBJECTIVES:
Work with PM to achieve brand’s market share/sales/profit objectives of brand’s the most luxury line and one of the blue line skincare.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Ensures business growth and brand awareness
1) Assist PM to achieve brand business target and maintain leading position in super-premium cosmetic market.
2) Assist PM to initiate marketing programs and integrate with different functions to ensure seamless execution.
3) Assist PM to increase luxury line awareness and build up strong preference among target consumers via high quality marketing communication campaigns.
B. Manages Operational Effectiveness
1) Attend regular meeting regarding planning, forecasting, registration, briefing and take responsibility.
2) Ensure all new launch elements (HP/Stock) related to supporting functions are well planned.
3) Assist Field with marketing enquires concerning product allocation, shipping of product and collateral.
4) Well manage existing skus both salable and tester products to avoid out of stock or over stock. Manage excess inventory and determine actions to quit excess stock.
5) Ensure legal compliance checks on all advertising, printed and collateral material.
6) Work effectively with both creative and media agency to make sure high quality launch campaigns.
7) Order Advertising materials from Global website and distribute to internal and external channel.
8) Work closely with Registration team,planning team, logistic team to ensure new HP smoothly acquired.
9) Develop CRM newsletter design by closely work with CRM team and creative agency.
C. Sustain and improve daily business process
1) Prepare analytical data relevant to each category performance, individual product history for Brand review and as required by PM.
2) Work actively with other marketing functions including CRM, Training, On line etc.
3) Collect and update beauty market intelligence upon business needs on a regular basis:
- Monthly competitor ad creative/concept review
- Monthly competitor pricing
- Monthly new product launch information of competitor
- Extracts from Beaute Research when necessary
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
1. University graduate major in marketing and related field.
2. Fluent English and Mandarin a must.
Work Experience
1. 2-3 years or above experience in Brand marketing and brand management, Cosmetics experience and luxury brands marketing experience preferred.
Required Background Characteristics
1. Consumer and competitor insight.
2. Good sense of data mining and copy writing.
3. Matured personality and a good team player.
4. Act ethically and independently, self-initiative and detail-oriented.
5. Strong communication skills and willing to take responsibility.
6. Good at multi-tasking, smoothly handle multiple demands, shifting priorities and rapid change
