Position Summary: Describe below the primary purpose of this job. Why does the job exist?
"Assist buyers in managing new product launches and/or resourcing projects to insure timely delivery of materials to support launch or planned implementation date.
The primary functions are to become a sourcing process expert, be able to translate information from the buyers into system documents (e.g. contracts, purchase orders, material master information etc), help buyers analyze future work, and trouble shoot data and information issues with other Supply Chain groups. Represent Sourcing in resolution of issues within Supply Chain-Materials Management, GBSC and Finance.
The Sourcing Analyst must possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to manage activities across multiple projects. The candidate must be well organized, have the ability to work independently, be able to plan and make decisions quickly, and solve problems based on factual information and innovative solutions. Being a quick learner to become comfortable and savvy with basic systems (ie. SAP) is a must."

Communication and Collaboration 10% "? Develop strong relationships and communications within all levels of ELC and Supplier community to drive GSR strategic initiatives. Collaborate with Sourcing buyers and other Analysts for optimal results and growth within the Procurement Organization.
? Collaborate with Sourcing buyers to determine if component falls under contract pricing. Create contract for items under agreement for labels, carriers, dividers. If item does not meet contract criteria, contact supplier for quotes for evaluation and then review with Director.
? Review and help Sourcing buyers analyze their 'To Do' lists from the PDS/GSA, SAP, and Oevel reports."
RFQ Process Management 5% "? Initiate and manage all RFQ’s (Request for Quote) to suppliers for all new products, resourced items, third party manufactured items, line extensions, shade extensions on behalf of the Sourcing buyers
?Proces RFQ with appropriate documents; (e.g. costing specifications, final specifications, and drawings)
? Assist Sourcing buyers with supplier bid evaluation.

Data Maintenance 85% "? Issue supplier approval request form when required for new supplier to complete.
? Process SAP data entry forms into SAP/ECC system. ? Execute HUB extension prior to creating an Outline agreement in SAP, by validating Supplier from the NA and UK HUB list on SharePoint. ? Process Tooling and Misc Po forms into SRM system.
? Process cost reduction opportunities and or Resourcing Projects with BCM Leader to achieve PMT goals.
? Maintain Value Analysis Data base.
? Support GSA System with item qualification/maintenance and price agreements.
? Coordinate with Data Stewards any Supplier information requiring changes.
? Action SAP Pre PPV report after Director/ED reviews. Assist where possible in the resolution of accounts payable issues on behalf of the Director/ED. ? Work in tandem with QA and Supplier for audit schedule and inspection results.
Ensure supplier completes all documents in accordance with Estee Lauder procedures.
? Prepare and issue NOCF’s (notification of contract fills) and action accordingly.
