岗位职责:

The position will be responsible to help train and develop Bobbi Brown makeup artistes to enable them to achieve sales objectives!

Be an ambassador of Bobbi Brown to consumers and makeup artists, assuring that the brand’s philosophy and standards are met.
Responsible for delivering the highest level of product knowledge, artistry skill, customer service and selling ability.
Communicate the Bobbi Brown philosophy with passion. Coach other Bobbi Brown makeup artists, educate clients to be their own makeup artists, and sell with integrity.

Key responsibilities:
In-Store
?Follow up on training information - works in the field and provide feedback why/ why not it’s working for continue improvement and future development
?Coach new makeup artistes
?Coach artists with sales, artistry and events, to help drive retail sales
?Conduct field training as assigned by Education manager
?Follow up and assess makeup artistes’ performance and progress
?Build relationships with counter
?Adhering to and setting the example for Bobbi Brown policies regarding customer service expectations, image and dress code
?Motivate and inspire makeup artistes at counter!

Summary
?Understand and strengthen the relationship between sales and education
?Strengthen brand identity by teaching artistry skills and selling skills to achieve consistency within each store
?Conduct basic and seasonal training as assigned by Education Manager
?Conduct training to generic staffs, sales staffs – every season
?Follow up and evaluate after the training to ensure consistency of education message
?To send in reports to the Education Manager to inform on training progress, specific issues and trainings completed
?Conduct Bobbi Brown basic certification to evaluate makeup artistes’ skills
?To assist in new store openings as required to deliver key training to the teams
?To participate in and hold where required seasonal briefing/training on new products launches
?Assist Education manager with basic, seasonal and artistry related training/seminars, including set up, presentations and breakdown
?Translate makeup artistry into sales that meet and exceed daily sales
?Deliver exceptional customer service with the goal of giving every woman the information and products she needs to become her own makeup artist and skincare expert

Qualifications required
?Previous experience within beauty industry
?IT skills, planning skills and a confident ability to communicate
?Understanding of effective sales techniques and customer service
?Ability to inspire, motivate and coach people
?Diplomacy and patience.
