职位描述
Mission Statement:
Provide high quality on site support, meet and exceed SLA. Act as coordinator role to contribute to business development.
Main Accountabilities:
- Basic computing environment support
- First level application support
- Cooperate with key user to provide production line computers support
- Act as contact point between internal employees and IS and play coordinator role between business requirement and IS service
- Provide basic IT knowledge training to internal employees
- IT asset management
- Give assistance to other IS functions (Infrastructure, application, etc.) to solve internal employees’ issues.
- Some facility devices management (printer, scanner, fax, telephone, etc.)
- Participate in project(IS & business)
- Provide assistant to make IS budget according to business requirement
- VIP support
Challenges:
- Backup for other helpdesk engineer
- Lead and create project in one company
- Mentor for new colleague
Knowledge, Skills, Experience:
- Associate degree above in computer science or related majors
- At least 2 years of working experience in IT support
- Master Microsoft Windows OS and administrative tools
- Familiar with Lotus notes client
- Strong trouble shooting and problem solving skills
- Excellent communications skills, service attitude and team player
- Demonstrated customer focus
- Good self learning ability
- Basic English written and verbal communication skills
