工作职责：
? 管理和实施国际、国内物流项目，开发新客户，拓展公司业务；
? 根据客户需求，管理并制定日常运作计划，保证客户满意度；
? 负责仓库管理、货车车队管理、员工招聘和管理以及作业流程的改进；
? 与客户建立良好的双赢关系，维护客户的稳定性，并在现有业务的基础上争取新业务；
? 合理分配及利用资源，维持员工忠诚度，达成公司设定的目标和客户设定的KPI。

职位要求：
? 有物流专业本科学历及5年以上第三方物流管理经验者优先；
? 优秀的领导及管理能力、高效的团队管理及沟通能力、良好的规划能力和解决问题能力。

Job Description
? Manage and implements international and domestics logistics programs and initiatives with customers in support of company’s business growth;
? Manage the planning process to ensure all daily operation activities are executed and meet according to the customer service requirements;
? Accountable in warehouse and trucking fleet management, staff management, recruitment and execution of process improvement;
? Build a strong win-win customer relationship so as to ensure customer retention and development solution to develop existing business;
? Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of Company Goals & KPI set by the customers.

Qualification
? Preferably a bachelor degree in logistics-related studies with minimum 5 years experience in 3PL
? Strong leadership and management skills
? Effective team management and communication skills
? Good planning / priority management
? Excellent Problem-solving competency
