PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Implement the service on customer site or in the office, main job is project service (design, offer application, tendering, and site delivery), personally or by organizing the partner team, in standard or professional way, realize the commitment to the customer in the service contract, to gain customer’s satisfaction and loyalty.

OBJECTIVES / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Fully understanding the service offer and service contract content before execution

2. Sufficient preparation for site work

a. Site work solution and scheduling, site work condition checking

b. Prepare or coordination on labor; tools; material for service contract execution

c. Check the site work procedure and supporting documents

3. Site work doing or coordination & safety insurance

a. According the contract, doing or manage partner team for doing the site work such as maintenance; installation & testing; modification & revamping….

b. Make sure all the service actions done in proper or professional way, in charge of the site safety issues of our party.

c. Finish all necessary documents for service contract execution; make sure these documents delivery to customer and filing & sharing internally.

d. In charge of the acceptance formality, and follow up the remain issues

4. In charge of the final payment issues

5. Communicate or feedback to other teams for service offer improvement technically and commercially

6. Make suggestion on site work equipment (tools; instruments) and safety equipment improving

7. Keep customer high satisfaction.

SPECIFIC ISSUES

- This job requires strong ability for operational activities and flexibility for site work; suitable traveling; overtime work.

- Must be willing to train other people, sharing knowledge with co-workers is essential including other schneider divisions such as Schneider partners.

- Good communication and coordination skill is required in this job.

- Computer skills are required. (Specific software - such as Office or CAD ... )

- A fluent control of the English language is better.

- This job requires site working experience; on-site working safety training; strong electrical background.

POSITION OF THE JOB IN THE ORGANISATION

The position reports directly to Site Services Supervisor.

INTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS

Work in coordination with Service TC and BD

Problems to be discussed directly with the Site Services Supervisor or Services Regional Manager .

Regional office sales force.

JV’s partners.

Training and communication manager

EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS

In permanent contact with customer and service partners

REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

- More than 5 years working experience in technical electrical field MV and LV in services or PLC & VSD area.

- Good knowledge of full range of electrical products.

- Leadership , excellent communication & coordination ability.

- Has got experience to deal with key foreign and local customer.

- Be familiar with Chinese rules for site electrical work and safety procedure

- Knowing well solutions and systems for availability, safety, reliability of electricity

- Personal flexibility and high work mobility.

- Age : 25 to 35 years

- Language : Mandarin & fluent English

- Computer: standard office tools To be familiar with computer environment ( standard office software tools and technical software tools ).

- Know-how on electrical testing. It will be better to have the electrician license.
