职位描述
主要职责:
? Assist to perform the budgetary control in A&P and operation expenses
? Perform data analysis and assist in effective internal/budgetary controls on major expenditures (e.g. A&P) via internal systems (e.g. RBDF);
? Evaluate expense accruals made under the CAS 2006 and keep monitoring relevant update;
? Properly communicate with system users regarding proper application requirements and procedures;
? Update users guidelines, arrange training to users and regularly report the status to supervisors;
? Monitor outstanding applications regularly and develop workflow plan (with execution) with a view to completing the review of applications evenly in the year;
? Work with IT team on system review/enhancement and Hong Kong HQ on special projects if so required;
? Perform other ad hoc finance duties as requested by supervisors.
学历及经验Education & Experience:
- Bachelor or above
- 4 years or above with solid experience on audit and financial accounting
- Previous experience in foreign invested FMCG companies is preferable
- Prior experience in SAP and RBDF systems is an advantage
