Job Description:
-Support to all activities related to media in the HO.
-To bring support to local team for contact building and maintenance with local authorities responsible for media management.
-Identify key media & journalists including print press, TV, online media.
-Be in charge of press invitation for national events.
-Maintain daily relationship with target journalists.
-Delivery news in a proactive approach for target media.
-Handle media requests in consultation with related departments.
-Take proactive measures in coordination of crisis managementwith related departments.
-Formulate key messages of communication policy for the Central Argumentaire.
-Provide media realtions service for businesses operating.
-Build internal networks to ensure coordinated media approach.
-Advise senior management on the identification of emerging high profile and price-sensitive issues and determine and proactively manage strategy for their communication to the media.
-Partcipation in media and crisis response provision.
-Press release and speech draft for national events.
-Support to establish the manual of crisis management.
-Formulate key messages of crisis management and to transfer to local teams.
-Be in charge of media report clipping.
-Identify potential crisis and to send promptly alert.
-Establish the National communication & media policy.
-Establish the Corporate communication plan (quarterly plan integrating current priorities).
-Analyze the media activities and to integrate with company business.
-Propose to the management the updated trend of media activities.
-Employee training and development.
-Financial performance.

Job Requirement:
-8 above related working experience.
-Location in Shanghai or Beijing.
-Media producer or in house Media manager, preferred FMCG.
-Open, Good English and Chinese, Powerful, Polite and Mature.
-University preferred Renda, fudan, shangwai, wuda, nanda, beiwai.
-Male is plus.
-No subordinates but will guide/lead/supported by PR mangers in key cities.
-Direct report to PA Director who has 4 subordinate in national level.
