Job Description:
-Major in undergraduate degree in mechanical or process engineering.
-At least 6+ years in marketing or Sales in fluild control related industry (metering pump industry preferred).
-Excellent command of Chinese and English (in written and verbal).
-Strong and demonstrated analytical, financial, strategic thinking and marketing skills.
-Professional presence and ability to communicate at all levels.
-Skilled in Microsoft Office programs including PowerPoint& Excel.
-Strong business acumen.
-Customer oriented and teamwork based character.
-High energy, result driven, aggressive, persistent, patient and attention to details.

Job Requirement:
-Be responsible for implementing market research and analysis, communication, business development.
-Provide support and work closely with the sales team.
-Develop marketing strategy on products, pricing, promotion, product positioning, market penetration and marketing communication.
-Establish the business planning process and provide proposal for new business development, find and explore new application to support sales.
-Direct market research, market analysis and new products concepts development.
-Help Deputy GM to define and implement the sales and marketing strategy.
-Direct market communication tactics and activities.
-Communicate with exsisting/protential customers, agents or disctributors.
-Coordinate and lead exhibition, in terms of innovative ideas, design, organization, cost, communication.
-Coordinate and lead advisement and promotion, image building.
-Be familiar with the company's website marketing function, provide material for enterprise publicity.
-The first priority is to create the agency sales network within big cities like BJ, SH.
