Job Description:
-To motivate, direct supervise the staff of the Sales Division to produce effective sales of the various services of the Company in accordance with approved marketing strategies as well as following up on all nominations from overseas Principals and agents.
-To liaise with overseas principals and agents so as to ensure that marketing and pricing strategies are agreed.
-To formulate marketing strategies and plans for the approval of Management, overseas principals and agents and to supervise their effective execution.
-To explore new business opportunities within the business scope of the company and keep the senior management of the company informed.
-To ensure that all the systems and policies of the company are properly followed.
-To assist the company in the promotion of a culture of positive-thinking, proactiveness and dedication to service among all its staff and to set an example to them for such promotion as well as the observance of office disciplines of the company.
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or equivalent in marketing and business discipline.
-More than 8-10 years in Sales & Marketing of Shipping industrial, preferable having experience in 3PL logistics Management.
-Strong channel sales management and channel development experience.
-Fluent in English and Mandarin, Cantonese could be an advantage.
-Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, capable of negotiating at senior level and possess good interpersonal skills.
-Ability to lead, coach, and grow the sales team together with expanding the business Results oriented, energetic, analytical and ability to work independently.
-Self-motivation with a strong analytical mind.
-Able to maintain good performance under pressure.
-Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
-The candidate should hold high ethical standard and can make fair and logical decisions on the site.
