Job Description:
-Responsible for overall import business operations.
-To ensure that the logistics arrangements provided to customers are effective and economical and lawful execution of all import activities.
-Internally align with related Department on fine-tuning the import handling procedure to simplify process and provide a better customer experience, which includes clearance SOP, AR and credit account review, regular monthly alignment meeting.
-Anticipate, research and report on future changes in import laws and in relevant local territory practices, and ensure such knowledge is factored into the planning of the department's own strategy, resources and procedures.
-Market intelligence: market research, industry study and competition analysis.
-Customer relationship maintenance and development, service review and improvement alignment.
-To identify and develop business opportunities in the market in conjunction with the related parties.
-Monitor staff working processes, review their performances and conduct regular internal inbound training workshop and coaching to better equip the field import team in daily operation.
-To ensure that all policies of the company are implemented.

Job Requirement:
-University graduate or above, preferably in logistics management.
-Minimum of 8 years logistics experience (Ocean carrier, Freight forwarding, 3PL,Warehouse operations, or Terminal operations).
-Familiar with customs declaration procedures and related law and regulations.
-Excellent written and spoken language skills in English.
-Excellent communication skills, flexible and creative problem solving skills.
-Strong organization skills, able to prioritize multiple tasks.
-High standards in personal and professional integrity.
-Knowledge and experience of MS Office Suite.
