职位描述
Our client is a leading multinational company in the FMCG industry. To support the rapid business growth and organizational growth, they are looking for a China Logistics Manager.
POSITION OBJECTIVE
The main task for the position is to manage, control, and ensure China-wide distribution operations to run smoothly in most cost-effective and efficient way.
SCOPE OF POSITION
The primary scope of this position is to manage and control transportation, 3PL warehouses and customer service three functions in order to reach supply chain targets and satisfactory logistics service. This position will be a tight link not only with local commercial teams, but also with GHS (global hygiene supply) community, with an ability to think globally and act locally.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop three core teams' goals, KPIs and annual operating plans and ensures they are completed on time and under budget,
· Lead team members to do logistics channels integration for most cost-effective purpose,
· Manage and ensure that all incoming and outgoing orders, data / information, shipment and paperwork are accurately received, put-away, updated, manipulated, transferred to the proper designated location in timely and good condition
· Ensure all goods in the warehouse are properly collected, received, handled, accurately sorted, identified, value-added, transferred and dispatched; goods / order information capture are fully performed accurately and timely as per agreed SOPs and KPIs,
· Constantly review logistics overall performance, KPIs, saving opportunities, complaints/ claims, feedback raised from internal and external customers and identify solutions for continuous improvement and error prevention,
· Assure goods replenishment process is smooth from each factory to warehouses on time.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:
l Bachelor degree is a must
l Minimum 5 years' experience in overall logistics management role with at least 3 years in managerial capacity
l Previous work experience in FMCG and manufacturing industry is preferred
l Excellent Networks in the industry/sector
l Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration in English & mandarin both
