职位描述

Our client is a US publicly listed Fortune 500 diversified manufacturer with business units in automotive equipment and aftermarkets. It is currently looking for a high caliber individual to take up the reins of the HR function for their Chinamanufacturing, business, and sales operations.

Purpose of the Role:

Further develop and execute the Chinapeople strategythat aligns withthe regional Asian and global PeopleStrategyandlocal business objectives,so that the organization attracts, manages, develops, and retains the best employees it needs for its long term success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Execute on the China HR strategy that aligns with the global HR strategy and local business objectives, so that the organization attracts, manages, develops and retains the best employees it needs for its long term success;
2. Ensure that all activities and programs related to human resources are implemented in the BU in accordance with the China HR strategy, which may include: Resources Planning, Staffing, Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development, Performance Evaluation, International Assignment Management, Organizational Development, Labor Relations, Employee Communications, HRIS;
3. Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of managers to ensure that the ChinaHR strategy is implemented effectively, consistently, and according to established guidelines and budgets. Directly manage a team of 4 HR professionals with matrix oversight for China-based COE employees reporting functionally to HQ (C&B, L&D, Talent, HRIS);
4. Contribute to strategy planning and decision-making at the top executive level so that the China HR strategy is aligned with other business strategies;
5. Represent the organization in interactions with external parties (for example, other organizations, industry associations, employee unions, government agencies, labor relations authorities, media, NGOs) in order to protect and develop the organization’s interests and reputation;
6. Be the HR business partner to all GMs and Central Functions such as Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Program Management, Finance, IT, Purchasing, and CI;
7. Facilitate cross Business Unit initiatives among the different BUs to guarantee Best Business Practice Sharing and rotation of best talent;
8. Guarantee a solid and advanced Succession Planning process for China’s Management team and key talents;
9. Further implement all global standard HR processes (HR BOS).

Key Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Human Resources or related fields are preferred;
2. 12+ years experience in Human Resources function with Fortune500 MNCs, with recent 5 years at management level;
3. Experience working in manufacturing environment is a must;
4. Experience in automotive industry is a plus;
5. Well-developed interpersonal communication skills and presentation skills;
6. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese & English;
7. Strong personality with a long term commitment to the company.
