职位描述
PURPOSE OF POSITION :
The City Sales Manager is responsible for identify and securing new business. Once secured this role is responsible
for driving revenue, margin, volume and customer service levels in the end user base. This will be achieved
through enhancing customer coverage, inventory management and effective forecasting.

Selling products in line with promotional

Pull sales order
Demonstration
Deliver product functions and specialties by
demonstrating samples and application
recipes;
Leverage sales kit to convey selling points to
customers;
End User Coverage
Assess and develop Bakery/Industrial end
user coverage plan and target of visit;
Drive new end user development
Customer Management
Execute regular business review and plan
with customers;
Check and report end user inventory;
Establish customer database and update on
daily basis;
Customer Contract /Agreement and DME
management
Execute new product launch plan as agreed
with marketing
Reporting
Sales Order Report
Sales Forecast
Daily Customer Visit Report
Customer Inventory Report
Competitor Information Collection.
Process Management
Achieve forecast accuracy 2 months prior to
sales month;
Achieve 85% accuracy 1 month prior to sales
month;
Ensure all business expense submitted to
Finance within two months from occurring
time;
People and Culture
Complete and drive personal KRA and
development plan for self within specified
time frame
Champion and practise company core value
CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
List the qualifications, skills and experience necessary to carry out the requirements of the
position.
Qualifications, (eg. Tertiary, trade):
Business/Technical Skills, (eg. computing, negotiating, leadership, project management):
? Strong relationship skills
? Demonstrated negotiation skills
? Strong account management / planning skill
? Broad understanding of the Food Service markets, trends and developments.
? Broad understanding of fats and oils industry, including current trends and development,
understanding of commodity market
? Understanding of technical aspects of fats and oils
Experience ( Technical and Behavioural):
Essential:
? Excellent verbal and written communication skill
? Demonstrated experience with managing customers
