Lead country SCM system implementation and enhancement project as the system business owner, including but not limited to:
Project planning, monitoring and documentation
Conduct the system concept and usage training
Coordinate and conduct the system testing
New system roll out risk management
Coordinate trouble shooting and problem fixing
Filter and prioritize internal customer’s request, and raise them to technical consultants for development
Control the project schedule and budget
Report the project progress to stake holders
Issues escalation

Increase the efficiency of country SCM system usage by, but not limited to:
Conduct user survey and analyze the system usage report to know the usage status by JV and LBU
Identify the root cause for low usage and low efficiency
Initiate system enhancement project based on thorough analysis
Coordinate best practice sharing via online portal and regular meetings
Standardize the purchase to pay process based on system standard concept and ABB guidelines and instructions
Compose system training materials and conduct trainings

Manage master data of country SCM system

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor degree or above, Computer Science or business administration is preferred
Project management experience
Over 3 years working experience within a large corporation and have a SAP backend background in a multinational manufacturing company with increasing responsibilities in a multi-site, multi-product environment
SAP knowledge is a plus (PP/MM/SD)
Former SCM or purchasing experience is a plus
Previous experience leading multi-function team is preferred
