Responsibilities


· Lead and coordinate with Group Tax and local business division and BUs in managing the local transfer pricing practice including but not limited to transfer pricing arrangement and analysis, contemporary transfer pricing documentation and compliance, transfer pricing/custom valuation.
· Provide tax guidance to business and other corporate functions on intercompany transactions
· Lead and work with Group Tax, other corporate functions and outside advisors in preparation and defend transfer pricing audit
· Provide tax support to business and other supporting functions in various activities including but not limited to business transactions, new business model and legal entity set up, etc.
· Work with and evaluate external advisors on transfer pricing related engagements
· Manage relationship with government and tax authorities


Education, Licenses, Certifications
College, university, or equivalent master degree in Tax, Finance or Economics

Experience

· Minimum 6-8 years professional tax and transfer pricing experience in Big 4 and/or in an industrial company. Having practical transfer pricing experience in a complex and international matrix organization is a plus.
· Strong experience in transfer pricing audit defense
· Extensive knowledge in China tax law, regulations and local practice
· Strong analytical skill
· Self-driven, results oriented with strong ability to multitask and organize priorities
· Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
· Strong communication, interpersonal and organization skills
· Team player
· CPA or other equivalent qualification is a plus
Occasional travel around China is expected
