Responsibilities
- Responsible for all CNABB PSG related accounting and controlling work
o Month end closing and report preparation
o Coordinator for SAS
o Issue debit notes
o Expenses review
o Help BU controller for budget and forecast work
o Project controlling

- CNDCB service PG controller
o Tendering/pricing related work:
o Involve in tendering/pricing process, help on clarification of financial/commercial/tax issues; prepare Full Cost Calculation Model
o Bonds and guarantee
o Regular financial operations
§ (Whenever new OR is received)Create project definition, WBS, network according to Pre-cal; Maintain plan costs; Copy versions for plan revenue and plan cost.
§ Coordinate with SAS / SEPOW controller / Project support team, ensure smooth costs backcharging to SEPOW.
§ Ensure timely billing of projects
§ Month-end, check RA result of POC/CCM projects after SAS running RA; solve problem if needed.
§ Provide cost object for booking purpose whenever being asked (e.g. hedging, CHTET, BA mgt fee etc.)
o Order backlog-revenue realization
o Project review monthly/quarterly
§ Compare actual cost with pre-cal, follow up/remind the deviation with project manager
§ Ensure the billing is done timely according to contract
§ Prepare and review project cash flow: ageing analysis, any overdue from customer; project payment to suppliers
§ Make sure the hedging is done timely and properly
o Participate in project group review meeting
- Credit risk responsible
o Review credit status and make sure no overdue for the PG
- SAP
- SAP process owner, interfaced with SAP consultants and key users to improve working process

Qualifications/Requirements
- Good communication skill
- Team building and willing to help others
- Fluent English
- Familiar with SAP
- Be able to work in details
- Project controlling experience is preferred
