DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES – Purchasing Assistant
· Control vendor registration process
· Vendor master data management- creation/change/block
· Contract key clause checking
· Contract filing in supplier database and office cabinet
· Vendor documents replication to supplier database
· Vendor catalogue management
· Answering purchasing team hotline, and give instructions to users about purchasing tools and process
· Collecting system problems and report to system administrators or SAP consultant
· Vendor status report and analysis
· Web content editing for vendor portal
· Vendor onboarding education
· eSourcing program support
· Other responsibilities assigned

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
· College degree or above
· Over 1 year working experience in multi-national company
· SAP knowledge is a plus
