Job description and responsibilities:
This position provides important support to the Company with making, repairing, maintenance and inventory/movement of plastic injection molds. Leading a team of mold masters and mold technicians, the candidate will work closely with internal and external customers to ensure molds of the best quality made in-house are developed and manufactured to support the Company’s production. The candidate should also be able to operate mold repair and maintenance programs to ensure that the molds are serviceable at all times.
Position requirements:
The candidate should have 10-15 years experience running a mold department of comparable size, and must be able to communicate to the General Manager in English on a day to day basis.
