职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Communicate to the city sales force effectively the sales vision, direction, objectives, strategies, focus, priorities, marketing and sales programs for the upcoming 6 months to achieve sales volume, distribution, in-store presence, freshness, and collection targets.
2. Build and develop an effective sales organization for the city with right staffing and appoint best available resources across all key positions for current business and future business growth.
3. Execution excellent in effective coverage strategies and in-store presence for the Modern Trade, achieving the agreed FEM, Main Shelf, Multi-location display and merchandising targets in both quantity and quality terms, establishing core competence in the Modern Trade in the city.
4.Execution excellent in effective coverage strategies for the Traditional Trade with the right equipment, tools, manpower, call coverage and frequency, stock replenishment etc, achieving distribution and display targets, maintaining core competence in the Traditional Trade.
5.Manage distributors in assigned city or district with effective joint business plan, and regular business review with distributors. Lead sales team to optimize distributor’s network in assigned city.
6.Deliver with execution excellence in the field for the planned sales and marketing programs from area/provincial and HO;
Requirements:
1.Min. 5 years sales experience in China, experience in FMCG products, has field experience, experienced in sales force organization development, experienced field manager with strategy and priority development capabilities;
2.has both modern trade and traditional trade management experience, has distributor management experience, has basic sales finance knowledge, knowledgeable about coverage strategy;
3. effective leadership skills, a seasoned leader;
4. an effective communicator (Good Mandarin- written and spoken, Basic English preferable), walk the talk;
5. a doer, a team player;
6. has a winning and resilient attitude, has the passion to win and deliver execution excellence;
7.university education;
8.willing and enjoy traveling and working in the field, willing to relocate;
