PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Summarize the purpose of this position to assess its expected contribution to the results of the organization.
As IPO Portfolio Manager, manage IT project portfolio through demand till close. Be responsible for define / maintain / optimize all delivery related methodology. Prioritize the demand & rationalize portfolio to ensure strategy alignment and success & on-time delivery. Secure process compliance governance & service level KPI.

REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
List the main professional skills & knowledge required by the job
REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Compulsory: Bachelor or Master degree of Business (major) of Famous University; PMP is mandatory, PgMP is preferred
Ideal: MBA degree of (major) of University
REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Compulsory: 8 years as Project Manager, 2 years as Portfolio Manager in Multi-National companies
Ideal: Solid Business experience and knowledge is preferred
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Such as age, language, computer skills, etc.
Age: > 31
Language: English, Chinese
Computer: MS-Office, Visio, MS-Project
