- Provide operational support for all AE operations in accordance with mutually agreed plant and AP IT objectives MFG/PRO system business analysis, optimize the process, solution design for system function to align with business function requirement
- Support Customization system based on MFG/PRO, develop customization requirement documents
- Deliver the IT projects related to MFG/PRO (JITs/Edimat/QAD SCP/QAD AIM)
- Provide liaison between sites IT and AMO IT teams (India, Singapore, China)


Job Qualifications:
- Candidate should have good customer service mindset, strong communication skills, ability to follow through deliverable, work independently, and work with other teams to deliver.
- Technical Education Degree holder with minimum 6 years of relevant IT working experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years’ experience of supporting mfg/pro application or Similar ERP system.
- Experience with QAD’s MFG PRO ERP system with strong functional support experience. Completed 2 full life cycle project of mfg/pro – Finance, MFG and Distribution Other related product experience such as shop floor control, barcode and EDI is added advantage
- Experience in complex regional application support operation, with at least 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with database software Progress and/or Oracle will be seen as an advantage Strong understanding of Computer Operations, Production & Output Control and Problem & Change Management.
- Good understanding of operational tools and software; preferably experience in the engagement of automation initiatives within Apps team.
- Knowledge of Service Level Management and conversant in ISO and/or SQA will be an added advantage.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin. Other languages such as Korean and Japanese is advantage
- Good time management skills
- Ability to manage the needs of multiple customers
- Strong motivation, with ability to work without constant direction
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team

- Excellent communication skills Adapt to changing environment
