Mission:

?Provides support to the HR Dept provide quality services and support that help the employees and organization of Atlas Copco CC in assigned region, to work at the best level and support to obtain the business area’s desired results.

Major responsibilities:

?To achieve results as per objectives in assigned region and in line with principle of whole company level

?Timely with high quality recruitment of new employees seeking continuous improvement on recruitment techniques and cost control

?Create a competence gap analysis of employee training requirements and align with organization requirement to initiate the training in assigned regions

?Follow closely and record the training for each employee, implementing new company techniques and systems

?Handle with daily staff issue as contract, mobility and etc

?Execute and manage ER activities in region

?Follow up other assigned project and work initiate by HR Team

?Advise business managers about new development in human resources techniques and management styles by keeping team up to date with the latest HR development

Experience requirements

?More than 8 years experience in HR, familiar with each functional

Educational requirements

?Have a University degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent.

Knowledge

?Familiar with HR principles, local labor laws .

?Analysis, planning and organizational skills is a must, proven track record of providing excellent business oriented and support service.

?A strong interest in all aspects of the business operation

?Proficiency in Chinese and English language, both written and spoken.

?Good computer skills including good command of Microsoft Office soft ware, Lotus Notes and PowerPoint.
